Set up:
- Go to a course and navigate to the Question Bank.
- Create a True/False question, with name "Test question".
- Edit the True/False question multiple times to create more than 3 versions.
- Go to Question history of the True/False question you have created
- Select delete for True/False question.
Expected:
The modal should show exactly what will be deleted:

Delete multiple:

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://qa.moodledemo.net/question/edit.php?courseid=2
- Edit one of the questions.
- Click 'Save changes and continue editing a few times, to make a few versions, Then 'Save changes' to leave the form.
- Go to the History page for the question you edited.
- Select some of the versions, and do With selected -> Delete.

The things to be delete should be like
- Moodle activities v2
- Moodle activities v3
- Moodle activities v7
