When adding questions from the question bank, changing to another page does not retain selected items.

This test requires a question bank with more than 10 questions (or import '50essays.xml').

1. Log in as the teacher, add a quiz, and navigate to the Edit quiz screen.
2. Click 'Add a question' and select 'Add from question bank.'
3. Choose a question from page 1.
4. Switch to page 2 and select another question.
5. Return to page 1 and verify that nothing is selected.
