In this issue we want to move in the forum grader to core.

When designing the forum grader, we designed it in a way that we can more or less drop it into core.

This issue will be renaming various items and looking to how we can migrate some of the old yui and JS functionality in the assignment grader into small discrete functions for the assignment grader interface.

Acceptance criteria:

• Forum grader local components moved into core where appropriate
• Tests written for MDL-66666 continue to pass
• Thoughts on how to allow the grading content to define functionality required i.e. PDF annotation, forum discussion and posts is currently only handled
