This issue has been reported in ~~MDLQA-17946~~.

The action dropdown menu within the tertiary navigation area in the glossary module is cut off by the page wrapper.

Replication steps:

Login as admin.
Create a course.
Create a Glossary activity in the course.
Go to the Glossary activity.
Open the action dropdown menu on the far right within the tertiary navigation area.
- Notice that the dropdown menu is partially cut off by the page wrapper.
