Log in as admin Navigate to Plugins > Activity modules > Manage activities in site administration Ensure BigBlueButton is enabled Accept the data processing agreement if prompted Create a course Add BigBlueButton activity to course Set Room name and leave rest of form as default Press Join session Press Start recording Press Pause recording Press Options > End meeting Navigate to Server > Tasks > Scheduled tasks in site administration Run the Fetch pending recordings task Reload the BigBlueButton page in your course, to see updated Recordings table Press the Delete icon in the Toolbar column Press Cancel in the confirmation dialog Confirm no errors are shown Press the Delete icon again Press OK in the confirmation dialog Confirm the recording is deleted
