Install: trim(): Passing null is deprecated in lib/pagelib.php

      If you attempt to install with 1) an existing config.php that enables debugging and 2) PHP 8.1 or later, then admin/index.php?cache=0&agreelicense=1&lang=en shows a warning at the top of the page:

      Deprecated: trim(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /var/www/moodle/lib/pagelib.php on line 1426

      This warning does not appear with PHP 8.0.
