The relatively recently added option to include "Instructions" besides the normal / previous "Description" for assignments is causing problems to teachers.

Teachers can add instructions but cannot view them anywhere - neither on the Assignment page, not on the Grading page, nor on the View submissions page. Similar with the "Additional files" if they are checked to "Only show files during submission". The teacher may never get the chance to view them again.

I believe this to be a design bug, which is causing me to hide the instructions page with CSS on the assignment settings page for our users.
