Discovered by hanhnguyen while testing MDLQA-17974.

The bug happens when you are a user with some notifications and change your user language in the user menu and click the "Notifications" icon, some content is translated but part of the notification is not:

And after forcing the course language and checking the notifications again it messes it even more:
