I was testing on the app and I needed to know if a specific activity was being used as a restriction of another resource/activity. I am aware this is not the usual user case, but I thought that might be useful for courses with lots of resources/activities and more than one teacher.

The idea would be that teachers could check easily (using a report or a block) if a resource/activity is being used as a restriction elsewhere and to know what would be affected if you change its configuration.
