Remove 'bbb-meeting-size-hint' as a meta parameter on create

      1. Enable the BigBlueButton plugin
      2. Create a new BigBlueButton activity B1 (using the default credentials)
      3. As a teacher/admin
      4. Click on join meeting
      5. Ensure that you have joined the meeting
      6. Leave the meeting
      7. Ensure that you have left the meeting and you are back into Moodle.

      The parameter was first added in https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-8695 but will need to be removed in the core plugin.

      Essentially, this parameter is used for scaling purposes as mentioned in the previous ticket. It is used by some Load Balancers that include an option to reserve certain capacity on create to avoid overloading servers. Going forward we are making changes to how we want to use this parameter, hence it needs to be removed.
