Hi,

I have just found an issue in assignment: time limit with the option "Always show description" in Moodle: 4.1.4+

as a teacher
1. set an assignment
2. set date "Allow submissions from" to a date in future
3. set option "always show description" to "NO"

as a student: case 1
1. open course and assignment BEFORE "Allow submussions from"-date
2. student CANNOT see the content of description

as a student: case 2
1. open course and assignment AFTER "Allow submussions from"-date
2. student CAN see the content of description

I think case 2 the description field should also not be visible for students.
