Incorrect string in activity completion for quiz condition

      1. Create a course
      2. Add a quiz activity:
        1. Define a value for "Grade to pass"
        2. In the Completion conditions, select "Add requirements",  "Receive a grade" and "Passing grade". Verify the following string is displayed: "Passing grade or all available attempts completed", and select it too.
      3. Save and display
      4. Verify that there is a badge for "To do: Receive a pass grade or complete all available attempts".

      In MDL-78527 the string "completionattemptsexhausted" in quiz.php was updated with the wrong value because it currently has "AND" instead of the expected "OR"

      • "Passing grade and all available attempts completed" => "Passing grade or all available attempts completed"
