Guest preferences are NOT stored in session

      Problem: after upgrade Moodle to 4.3 version guest preferences are NOT stored in session.

      Reproduction steps:

      1. Change theme to the Boost
      2. Log in as a guest
      3. Visit course page
      4. Close drawer
      5. Refresh a page
      6. Verify the drawer is closed
