Improve Backup/Restore process of BBB Activity

      It would be a good idea to revisit how we handle the backup and restore of BBB activity e.g. the approach of using of meetingid-courseid-bnid format and parsing it for recording retrieval should be changed. As it is right now, there is a bug.

      In order to reproduce the bug, the backup-restore process needs to be done on fresh install instances i.e. no upgrade should take place from Moodle 3.9 to Moodle 4.1 Also the server credentials must remain consistent.

      • Create a course and BBB instance with multiple recordings
      • Perform a course backup on Moodle version: 3.9. BBB plugin version: 2019101014 (see attached backup settings)
      • On a separate Moodle instance, perform a course restore on Moodle version: 4.1 BBB plugin version: 2022112800
      • The courses will be created as expected, however the recordings will not be present. 

      The issue needs to be addressed from the backup portion of process
