SVGs for angles-[down-up-right-left] are not Free version from Font Awesome

      Note: Testing instructions derived from MDL-79600

      Setup

      1. Login as administrator
      2. Install a RTL language pack (Hebrew for example)
      3. Create a course

      Test

      1. Access the course
      2. Change the language to RTL (Hebrew for example)
      3. Open the course index
      4. Click on the course index options dropdown
      5. Confirm that the collapse icon is displayed correctly for RTL
      6. Change language to non-RTL one (English for example)
      7. Click on the course index options dropdown
      8. Confirm that the collapse icon is displayed correctly for non-RTL

      The icons included in MDL-79600 (core:t/angles-down,core:t/angles-left,core:t/angles-right,core:t/angles-up) are displaying the following license:

      Although those icons are Free version in the FontAwesome icons page and the SVG code in each icon page is displaying "Font Awesome Free", when downloading them the copyright seems to be inconsistent.

      Is important to double-check it, or create the SVG file directly from the code instead of downloading it

      Replacement for these 4 icons is needed.
