I installed the latest moodle build Moodle 4.3+ (Build: 20231013) and I am now experiencing scrolling issues when navigating any page with fields that can be typed in (Course settings, adding a database entry, ... ) but only on iPads. Scrolling using finger swipes works for a few seconds then locks and stops.

I initially had the Moove theme installed and switched back to boost, but this does not resolve the problem. I also removed any additional HTML I had set on the page.

I verified the bug on separate devices with different accounts.
