Steps to reproduce:

•  Create a course -> Add an activity or resource
•  Create new H5P
•  Add Name, Package file (file course-presentation-21-21180.h5p in Attachment)
•  Save and display
•  View H5P on Safari on iPhone

1. Platform: Moodle 4.2.3 or lastest
2. Mobile: IOS 16.5.1 or lastest
3. Browser: Safari
4. H5P plugin version: 1.24.3
5. H5P content type: Course Presentation
6. Attached H5P: course-presentation-21-21180.h5p

Actual:  Expand button does not work on iPhones but works well on Desktops & Samsung.
Expected: The user should be able to expand the H5P activity.
