The page to restore a course is confusing:

      • There is no margin between the different sections on the page, which makes it difficult to understand where each table/button belongs.
      • If there are no files, a text should be displayed instead of having an empty table.
      • The "Import a backup file" should be replaced with "Upload a backup file".
      • The help buttons should be removed, and the text should be improved and displayed below each section.
