1. Create a course
2. Create a grouping called "group_sub_grouping"
3. Create 2 groups with group visibility set to "visible to all" call them "group_sub_1" and "group_sub_2"
4. Add 2-3 students to these groups.
5. Create another group with group visibility set to "visible only to members" called "group_sub_ovtm". DO NOT add to the grouping. DO NOT enrol any students in it. NOTE same issue occurs if you set the group visibility to "Only see own membership" and "Hidden".
6. Create assignment
7. Set Student submit in groups = y
8. Grouping = "group_sub_grouping"
9. Log in as student in "group_sub_1"
10. Upload a file

Expected result: student can submit fine.

Actual result: error message: ERROR: Incorrect number of query parameters. Expected 27, got 22.

If you remove the group "group_sub_ovtm" the student can then submit without error.
