First noticed on our upgrade to 4.05, but still visible on 4.3 on Moodledemo.net, there is a formatting issue with some of the restrict access fields.

When accessing an activity's settings and selecting "restrict access" and "activity completion," the second field stretches beyond the border and overlaps with the clickable "x" for dismissing the restriction.

Additionally, the formatting for date restriction flows into the second line, looking a bit jumbled with the year field pushed into the second line, with the time drop-down selectors.

This does not impact usability, but these formatting issues were not a problem in our previous version, 3.11.
