Grant non-editing teacher mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts

      Test 1: New install

      1. Install Moodle.
      2. Go to Site administration > Users > Permissions > Define roles.
      3. For role Non-editing teacher click the edit icon (gear wheel).
      4. Click Show advanced.
      5. In the Filter field type "mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts".
      6. Check that mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts is "Allow".

      Test 2: Upgrade when permission has not been changed

      1. In a Moodle site without the patch, login as admin.
      2. Go to Site administration > Users > Permissions > Define roles.
      3. For role Non-editing teacher click the edit icon (gear wheel).
      4. Click Show advanced.
      5. In the Filter field type "mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts".
      6. Check mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts is "Not set".
      7. Apply patch and upgrade Moodle when prompted.
      8. Repeat steps 2, 3 and 5.
      9. Confirm mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts is still "Not set".

      Test 3: Upgrade when permission has already been changed

      1. In a Moodle site without the patch, login as admin.
      2. Go to Site administration > Users > Permissions > Define roles.
      3. For role Non-editing teacher click the edit icon (gear wheel).
      4. Click Show advanced.
      5. In the Filter field type "mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts".
      6. Change mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts to "Prevent" and click Save changes.
      7. Apply patch and upgrade Moodle when prompted.
      8. Repeat steps 2, 3 and 5.
      9. Confirm mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts is still "Prevent".

Confirm mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts is still "Prevent".

      I think Non-editing teacher should have mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts = "Allow".

      If you add a new role selecting ARCHETYPE: Non-editing teacher the role will have mod/h5pactivity:reviewattempts = "Allow". But for the actual Non-editing teacher role this capability is "Not set".
