At least in the course view the current Moodle 4 implementation of the Expand all / Collapse all "link" (that controls the appearance course sections) would require a review to make this feature more prominent and clear to the user (as it is not really a link).

In fact Expand all / Collapse all appears in so many different contexts in Moodle that a new single UX solution might be desirable.
