When uploading an invalid file for IMS, the filename is blank on the error message.

      1. Create a course or use an existing one.
      2. Turn edit mode to On.
      3. Add an activity or resource - Select IMS Content Package
      4. Type a name and in the Package file, attempt to upload invalid file such as image file. For my example, I used pic.png file.
      5. Click save and display

Notice the message "" is not a valid file type . I believe it should display the filename.
