When I record audio with Tiny (or Atto) and play it back on the ipad, this only works if the audio file was also recorded with the ipad.

I have set up a test course here https://www.opencoding.de/course/view.php?id=7 to test the bug. Sometimes the ipad plays the files recorded with Chrome or Firefox if I first play an audio file recorded with the ipad.

As far as I can see, the problem should be fixed with this commit ( https://github.com/moodle/moodle/commit/88c87a1ffa61c2deee35f0a2c0652210a07a3e48 , but appearantly it isn't fixed) - The bug could be reproduced in version 4.1.6, in version 4.2.3 as well as on ios 16 and 17 (Disclaimer: Sometimes it was possible to play the files, but I could not understand when it worked and when it did not work).
