Steps to reproduce

1. As an admin change your preferred text editor to 'TinyMCE HTML editor'
2. Go to a course and create a new Database activity
3. Add some field to the database activity or use a Template
4. Go to Template
5. Remove data from the template.
6. Click in one of the Available tags list.

Expected behavior: clicked tag should be added to the template. This is working OK using Atto HTML editor.

Current behavior: nothing is added to the template.
