When courses with an ampersand symbol "&" in the course title are displayed in the course search results, they are populating with "&" instead of just "&"

Steps to recreate:

1) Create a course and include "&" in the title

2) Go to the course search box and search for that course

3) In the results, the course title replaces the "&" with "&"
