      As a follow up of MDL-79512 and as suggested by mikelmartíncorrales,:

      At this moment the drag&drop is a YUI component, that will need to be refactored in the near future. All that drag&drop logic could be converted easily with the Sortable List component. There are some examples in the code in ReportBuilder.
