The issue reported happens because they are trying to migrate the data from one Moodle Server (3.9) to another (4.1). The activities are migrated, but the data associated for the recordings is not. We need to investigate if the bigbluebutton_logs are migrated correctly, and then if running the script for processing the recordings would help, or if the data needs to be reprocessed first before processing the recordings (for fetching the metadata).
