Error occured when I try to access to the default activity completion page

      • For editing Default activity completion from Site administration > Courses, temporarily disable the Choice group plugin.
      • For editing Default activity completion from a course, create at least one group in the course.

      • Install Zoom meeting v5.1.0 version 

        cd $yoursiteroot/mod
        		 
        git clone git@github.com:ncstate-delta/moodle-mod_zoom.git zoom
        		 
        cd zoom
        		 
        git checkout -b v5.1.0 v5.1.0

      • Install Choicegroup 2023061400 tag version 

        cd $yoursiteroot/mod
        		 
        git clone git@github.com:ndunand/moodle-mod_choicegroup.git choicegroup
        		 
        cd choicegroup
        		 
        git checkout -b 2023061400 2023061400

      Testing

      1. Navigate to Site administration > Courses > Default settings > Default activity completion
      2. Expand Assignment
      3. Confirm you could see Assignment completion conditions
      4. Expand Choicegroup
      5. Confirm you see an info message.
      6. Expand Zoom
      7. Confirm you see an info message.
      8. Create a course with no groups
      9. Navigate to course > More > Course completion > Default activity completion
      10. Expand Assignment
      11. Confirm you could see Assignment completion conditions
      12. Expand Choicegroup
      13. Confirm you see an info message.
      14. Expand Zoom
      15. Confirm you see an info message.
      16. Create groups in the course
      17. Navigate to course > More > Course completion > Default activity completion
      18. Expand Choicegroup
      19. Confirm you don't see any info message
      20. Disable all debug messages (Site administration > Development > Debugging)
      21. Remove $yoursiteroot/mod/zoom directory from your local site
      22. Navigate to course > More > Course completion > Default activity completion
      23. Confirm there is no Zoom section
      24. Navigate to Site administration > Courses > Default settings > Default activity completion
      25. Confirm there is no Zoom section

      Error "JavaScript collection has already been started." is displayed when I want to access to the page "default settings / default activity completion".

       

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install the Group choice plugin: https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_choicegroup/
      2. Login as admin.
      3. Go to Site administration > Courses > Default activity completion

       

      Expected result

      The form is loaded

       

      Current result

      The following error is displayed:
