Quiz submission confirmation: description items should not be counted as unanswered questions

      1. Log in as teacher/admin
      2. Create a quiz (How questions behave: deferred feedback).
      3. On page 1, add a true-false question.
      4. On page 2, add a description 'question'
      5. Log in as a student.
      6. Start a quiz attempt.
      7. Input an answer to the True false question.
      8. Click 'Finish attempt ...' (do not go to page 2.)
      9. Verify that the state of the TrueFalse question is shown as Answer saved, and the Description: unseen.
      10. Click 'Submit all and finish'.
      11. Verify that, in the pop-up, you are not warned about unanswered questions.

      Actual result:
      You are warned that you have an unanswered question.

      Expected result:
      Unseen descriptions are not an issue. The description should not be counted by get_number_of_unanswered_questions.
