Homogenize Adding / Updating activity titles, regardless the section where it belongs

      Test in both Classic and Boost.

      Test

      1. As admin go to Home page and switch edit on.
      2. Add a new Assignment.
      3. Confirm the title of the page is 'New Assignment | site short name".
      4. Confirm the heading of the page is 'New Assignment'.
      5. Confirm the heading has no help icon.
      6. Fill the form and save.
      7. Edit created assignment.
      8. Confirm the title of the page is 'Edit Assignment | site short name".
      9. Confirm the heading of the page is 'Edit settings'.
      10. Confirm the heading has no help icon.
      11. Create a new course and navigate to course page.
      12. Add a new Assignment.
      13. Confirm the title of the page is 'New Assignment | course short name | site short name".
      14. Confirm the heading of the page is 'New Assignment'.
      15. Confirm the heading has no help icon.
      16. Fill the form and save.
      17. Edit created assignment.
      18. Confirm the title of the page is 'Edit Assignment | course short name | site short name".
      19. Confirm the heading of the page is 'Edit settings'.
      20. Confirm the heading has no help icon.
      21. Navigate to one of the course sections using the 'View' option in the section action menu.
      22. Add a new Assignment.
      23. Confirm the title of the page is 'New Assignment | course short name | site short name'.
      24. Confirm the heading of the page is 'New Assignment'.
      25. Confirm the heading has no help icon.
      26. Fill the form and save.
      27. Edit created assignment.
      28. Confirm the title of the page is 'Edit Assignment | course short name | site short name".

      While working on MDL-80248, I realised the title on the form page when creating or updating activity is different for activities for the General section than any other section:

      • In the general section: "Updating: {Activity name}"
      • In any other section: "Updating {Activity name} in {Topic name}

      The UX/PX team confirmed they should be homogenized (and also the page titles) to this (the same in all the cases, and also the same for the page title):

      • New {Activity type}
      • Edit settings 

      In both cases, the help popups should be removed.

      The <title>attribute should be updated too:

      • New activity: "New {Activity type} | Course short name | Site short name"
      • Editing activity: "Edit {Activity type}: {Activity name} | Course short name | Site short name"
