Teachers cannot watch videos directly while grading submissions in the "Assignment" activity, they need to be downloaded and played locally first.

I would suggest to implement the videoplayer (i think moodle has something called video.js) in the grading page of Assignment. This way the submittet video doesnt need to be downloaded and played on a local video player.
