Import group form filepicker field is not defined as required

      1. Login with Administrator.
      2. Launch any course.
      3. Click on Participants menu --> Click on Enrolled User drop-down and select Groups
      4. Click on Import groups button.
      5. Don't upload csv file in the file picker field and submit the form by clicking on Import groups.
      6. Form should not be submitted and it should show validation error for filepicker field.

Don't upload csv file in the file picker field and submit the form by clicking on Import groups. Form should not be submitted and it should show validation error for filepicker field.  

      While trying import groups feature from the course, it has been found that the file picker field is not defined as required which is resulting into an error after submitting the form.

      Expected Result: Form should not be submitted and it should show validation error for file selector field.

      Actual Result: Form gets submitted and throws moodle exception
