When you create a user tour and one of the steps is pointing to the help popup question mark in the bottom of the page you can't see it because it's hidden behind the block drawer as in the screenshot attached.

Steps to recreate the issue : 

1- Login as admin/manager
2- Go to user tours 
3- Add a new step to a new/existing user tour
4- The step setting will be as follow :
     - Target type : Selector
     - CSS selector : .btn-footer-popover .fa-question
     - Title and content can be anything.
     - Options: Placement (Above) , Show with backdrop (No).
5- Visit the page with the user tour (Dashboard for example) 

6- Notice how the user tour popup will be hidden if you have the block drawer on the right opened .
