When users/students attempt to view the teacher's feedback on the annotated PDF, the arrows are not functioning properly. The user can only navigate through pages by opening the drop-down menu.

1. Set up an assignment with the following specifications:

• Submission types allowed: File submissions
• Feedback types enabled: Annotate PDF

2. Ensure the submission contains at least 2 pages.

3. Proceed to grade the submission.

4. Navigate to the Feedback section and click on "View annotated PDF..."

5. Attempt to navigate between pages using the arrow keys.
