Hi,

we are using Moodle 4.1.4+ and we found a strange issue if someone use the html-tag "<title>" in question text:

• as a teacher go to question bank
• create a category "my question"
• create a multiple choice question in this category
• type in some question name
• type in a question text which contains the word <title>
• save question
• change to category "my question"
• change "Show question text in the question list?" to "Yes, text only" --> question bank freezes

PS: we are using TinyMCE Editor. I did some tests in Moodle 4.1.6+ and the problem still exists. Attached you can find a moodle xml question which causes this problem.
