Message Notification: missing link to Badges

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a new user
      3. Navigate to Badges > Add a new badge in site administration
        • Name: My new badge
        • Fill in remaining required fields and press Create badge
      4. Add badge criteria: Manually issued by role
        • Select Manager
      5. Press Enable access
      6. Select Recipients from navigation
      7. Press Award badge
      8. Select test user and press Award badge
      9. Log out
      10. Log in as test user
      11. Open Notifications
      12. Press View full notification for the badge earned notification
      13. Confirm the footer of the notification shows Go to: My new badge
      14. Press Go to: My new badge
      15. Confirm your awarded badge information is shown

      If a user gets a badge, in notifications is a 'Go to- Link without a meaningfull description. I assume that the lang element is missing. Its not a translation problem. Same happens for 'en#
