In Database activity there is a dropdown menu that appears under the text box for Atto and Tiny MCE editors that has one item to select "HTML format". I assume this is there from the regular editor which allows selection between HTML or plaintext. It is unnecessary to have this shown for Atto and TinyMCE and creates visual clutter.
