Settings: Set Classic as default theme.

Procedure:
Go to a course and ensure you have the Navigation block visible in the course page.
Of course, add it if needed.
Create an instance of the databae activity.
Get into the data activity and look at the navigation block.
You should see:

Data activity name
    [View list]
    [View single]
    [Search]

Select from the Navigation block the link [View list]
You arrive to a page having "Course name / Section name / Data activity name / View list" as breadcrumb.

Select from the Navigation block the link [View single]
You arrive to a page having "Course name / Section name / Data activity name / View single" as breadcrumb.

Select from the Navigation block the link [Search]
You arrive to a page having "Course name / Section name / Data activity name / Search / Search" as breadcrumb where the crumb "Search" is displayed twice.
