Create a forum in a course, setting "Whole forum grading" to "Point" grade and using a "Marking guide". Configure the marking guide with one criteria, so that it's ready for use Make sure you have at least one student in the course As the teacher/admin, go to the forum and mark the student, recording the score and feedback/comment in the respective criterion fields. Once you've saved, log out. Log in as the student and go to the forum Click "View grades" Verify you can see a locked view of the criterion (score + comments) in the modal, underneath the 'grade', 'graded by', 'date' and 'grade status' fields. Note: it's normal for the 'i" icon and down caret to be locked and not function (this is the same in older Moodle versions so just ignore this)
