While reviewing ~~MDL-78284~~ I realised that the get_upcoming_content() method in blocks/calendar_upcoming/block_calendar_upcoming.php was deprecated in Moodle 3.4 but wasn't removed in Moodle 3.8.

This issue is to finally remove this legacy method.
