Hi all,

After creating a new custom menu item to point to the local plugin index.php file, I don't seem to be able to get the active state on the item in Moodle 4.1, but it seems to work in Moodle 4.3. See below:

Moodle 4.1	Moodle 4.3
New Plugin|http://test.local/moodle41/local/newplugin/index.php	New Plugin|http://test.local/moodle43/local/newplugin/index.php

Any ideas/thoughts on why?
