Confirm the Progress dialog is fully visible (not obscured by the block drawer)

Close the block drawer

Confirm the Progress dialog is fully visible and aligned to the right of the page

When uploading a file, a progress dialog appears. When the block drawer is open, the dialog is partially hidden by the drawer.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to an empty Moodle course
Turn editing on
Open the block drawer
Drag a file into the main Moodle course are
Observe that a progress dialog opens and is partially obscured by the block drawer
