Epic to capture the initial phase of improving notifications in LMS.

The broad deliverables of the epic are:

• Add additional notifications for teachers and students based on the outcomes of the research conducted by the PX team.
  • As a student, I need a way to remember key dates throughout the semester, so I can stay on top of my work.
  • As a teacher, I need a way to identify students who are not doing well in my class, so I can intervene and provide support.
• Design an improved UI for notification delivery in LMS
• Design an improved UI for user notification preference setting in LMS
• Review and prioritise existing notification issues
• Addressing some technical debt, refactoring and cleanup
