Create and upload h5plib_v126 plugin to the Moodle plugins directory

       Setup

      1. Install a new Moodle 4.2.0 site. (Version must be lower than 4.2.6)
      2. Login as administrator
      3. Create a new course

      Test

      1. Create an H5P activity using question-set-1292162595902446217_api126.h5p
      2. After pressing Save and display confirm that the following message is displayed:
        "api-version-unsupported : The system was unable to install the Question Set component from the package, as it requires a newer version of the H5P plugin. This site is currently running version 1.25, whereas the required version is 1.26 or higher. Please upgrade and then try again."
      3. Install the "h5plib_v126" plugin
      4. Confirm that in H5P framework handler Administration setting there is a v1.26 option.
      5. Select "H5P framework v1.26" and Save changes
      6. Create an H5P activity using question-set-1292162595902446217_api126.h5p
      7. Confirm that the activity is correctly created and displayed

      The H5P libraries have been upgraded in MDL-80544 to the 1.26 CoreApi. The new version will be available from Moodle 4.2.6 and 4.3.3 onwards.

      However, a new plugin h5plib_v126 can be created and uploaded to the Moodle plugins directory to let sites using Moodle 4.2 and 4.3 that can't upgrade to the latest versions to install it, in case they want to use the latest H5P library version (to avoid the error mentioned in MDL-80544).
