SCORM package activity should have a common interface to manage user and group settings overrides like Quiz and Assignment. As for now, it is possible to make exceptions for users and groups though "Restrict Access", but it is very unhandy as the number of the exceptions grows; also this approach can't set a custom number of attempts.

Assignment and Quiz activities allow for the following overrides:

• Assignment:
  • Allow submission from;
  • Due date;
  • Cut-off date;
  • Time limit;
• Quiz:
  • Require password;
  • Open the quiz;
  • Close the quiz;
  • Time limit;
  • Attempts allowed.

SCORM package activity should have at least the following overrides:

• Available from;
• Available to;
• Number of attempts.
