Remove the word "Or" from the text "Or all available attempts completed" in the quiz activity completion

      In the Quiz Activity completion settings, the option 'Or all available attempts completed' has caused confusion as it does not evaluate as a logical OR in activity completion.

      This issue is to improve the copy of this setting. In later versions of Moodle 4.3 and master, it is already fixed.
