After 4.3.3 upgrade, we found this extreme error. Now an editing teacher of a course can upload SCORM-packages, but reaching these packages generates this error:

 Exception - array_keys(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, null given

If we give portal admin role to the same person, he / she can upload the same SCORM packages, and we can use these packages without error.

Correction: we got the problem after upgrading to version Moodle 4.3.3+ (Build: 20240215) .
