When I enroll users from the course participants page I want to enroll them to the specific group at the same time.

WHAT YOU EXPECTED: When enrolling users, select which group they will be added to from the list of existing groups in the course, or select "Create new group" for create a new one group, which will be created using the "defaultgroupnametext" language string. If enrolling cohorts, with "Create new group" a new local group is created for each cohort, as in the case of adding the "Cohort sync" enrolment method. Default is "None".

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS: I can only enroll users with a specific role and they will be enrolled as "no groups".
