Following the initial landing of hooks, several issues have been identified which we should address ASAP.

For hooks which were created in 4.4, we also need to rename and move them as appropriate to comply with MDL-79077.

For 4.4 hooks we should also consider whether constructor property promotion, and readonly properties are suitable.
